Description
Wayward Travelers – For some time I’ve been wanting to incorporate gulls or shorebirds into my work. As I was finishing this piece up, I hadn’t yet put the gulls in…..the painting was missing something as the beach area seemed too empty. That’s when I remembered my idea of putting in gulls – doing so completed the work. Later on, I came to find out that gulls don’t inhabit Kauai lol, and if they do it’s accidental! So with that knowledge, I titled my piece accordingly haha!
This seascape oil painting was painted on a 6×8 panel.
