Breakthrough

I chose to use blue, purple, and yellow hues in this piece. Initially I was going to sprinkle blue in amongst purple foam, but decided to make the foam an overall blue color. As a result, I instead left purple hues for the sky and contrasted them with the complementary yellow light to pack a punch as it peeks out over the cloud.
